Channel 103 and Quantum Building Supplies announce Customer Service Awards winners

Our radio station for Jersey, Channel 103, has celebrated the best customer service in the local business community at a prestigious awards ceremony.

The Quantum Building Supplies Customer Service Awards, powered by Channel 103, have taken place on 9 October at Jersey’s Radisson Blu Waterfront hotel in a glittering ceremony attended by more than 200 nominees and winners.

Thousands of Channel 103 listeners voted for island individuals and businesses who have provided excellent customer service across sixteen different categories.

In addition, the judges chose their Outstanding Individual and Outstanding Team.

John Bampkin, headline sponsor and CEO of the NP Group, which includes Quantum Building Supplies in Jersey said: “As judges we were blown away by some of the great comments those who’d nominated candidates made about their dedication to providing superb customer service”.

Claire Boscq, Head Judge, explained: “Going through the nominations really warmed our hearts.

“In this world we tend to hear, and perpetuate, the bad experiences, but these nominations show there are wonderful people here in Jersey, providing exceptional customer service, without any expectation of recognition.

“It was wonderful to recognise their efforts at the awards ceremony.”

Channel 103 and Quantum Building Supplies would like to thank all those who voted, sponsored awards and attended the ceremony and to congratulate all winners and all those who were shortlisted.
