
The latest radio listening figures have seen our Guernsey station Island FM increase its weekly audience to the highest level since the pandemic.
Our radio stations now reach 78,800 weekly listeners across the Channel Islands, equivalent to 54 per cent of the islands’ population and a five per cent year-on-year increase.
The latest RAJAR radio listening figures for Quarter 1 2025, published today, show Island FM grew its weekly audience to 31,000 adults, the highest since 2020 and an 18 per cent year-on-year increase.
The growth in weekly listeners has powered Island FM’s market share to a stellar 40.2 per cent, the biggest of any station BBC or commercial in the British Isles.
Across the water, sister station Channel 103 in Jersey has maintained its market leadership and grown its weekly listening hours to 8.3 person and market share to 24.8 per cent, with 54 per cent of the island’s population now tuning in every week, the highest reach percentage of any station in RAJAR survey.
