Our publishing business in the Isle of Man has launched its competition to encourage creativity in schools.
Media Isle of Man has announced the start of Design an Ad 2025, which will see children and young people participate by creating advertisements to a brief.
A launch page on the company’s website says: We’re incredibly excited to launch Design an Ad 2025 – our long standing community initiative that encourages and celebrates creativity among students aged 4-16, while giving local businesses a unique, feel-good opportunity to engage with the future generation and the community at large.
For the past 30 years, this creative competition has been a staple in Isle of Man schools as part of the national curriculum, challenging students to write and design an advertisement for local business Partners.
The winning students are celebrated at a heart-warming awards ceremony that connects official Partners to these young creatives, and in a special pull-out print supplement in the Isle of Man Examiner with photos from the ceremony and all the winning ad designs.
Becoming a Design an Ad 2025 Partner offers powerful benefits, including high-profile print and digital activity across popular local news platforms the Isle of Man Examiner and Isle of Man Today, direct community engagement, and brand exposure spanning all generations across the island.
If your business or organisation would like to support this annual community initiative (and have adorable adverts created for you), contact our team now at [email protected] – Partnership spots are limited!
