New listener figures show audience rise for Midlands 103

The audience for our radio station in Ireland, Midlands 103, has grown in the last three months, new figures reveal.

The latest JNLR Listenership figures also shows an extra 4,000 people are tuning into Midlands 103 every week compared to three months ago.

Serving Counties Laois, Offaly and Westmeath, Midlands 103 is billed as “Feel Good Radio”.

Breakfast with Peter Dunne has also seen a jump in its listenership.

Programme Controller Roy Jennings said: “We are delighted that Midlands 103 remains the market leader in Laois, Offaly and Westmeath and that’s down to our loyal listeners, our dedicated team, our clients and contributors.

“Thank you for listening and we look forward to your continued support.”

Nationally, the latest audience figures show more than two million adults are tuning into local or regional radio stations every day.
