New property section launched for Devon titles to engage local audience

Dartmouth property section

If you live in Devon and want to keep in the know about properties for sale, businesses that are changing hands, or top tips for improving your home, our titles have got it covered online.

Launched last month, a new property section is available on all of our Tindle Devon websites including Crediton Courier, Mid-Devon Advertiser, South Hams Newspapers and Tavistock Times Gazette.

A recent Tindle Property Survey showed more than 50% of Devon residents are planning to move within the next three years, making all things property of great interest to our audiences in Devon and wider markets.

Our new property section has a dedicated editor and will contain the best of property news, marketplace information and views and huge variety of property editorial and we think that it will soon become the online property destination for Devon.

Key stories

Specialist property reporter Chloe Shakesby and the news team know the area and the property industry inside out – and will bring readers all the property stories that matter.

Digital editor Emily Woolfe said: “We already know our readers love our property articles. So it makes sense to bring them all together in one place.”

Our commercial team believe the new section offers advertiser the chance to reach Devon property readers in a unique environment with no wastage.

Neil Webster, Commercial Digital Officer, said: “Our property online sections offer a host of complementary advertising opportunities, including multi-format packages and native advertorial features to deliver compelling messages.”
