Tindle Newspapers has purchased the Cornwall-based Voice Newspapers series, extending its reach into the local Cornwall marketplace.
The eight titles in the Voice series, based in Truro, will form part of Tindle Newspapers Cornwall Ltd following the acquisition from AD’ Sales Limited, owned by Peter Masters.
Promoted as “a hub for communities across Cornwall” the Voice titles cover Newquay, St Austell, Truro, Bodmin, Saltash, Liskeard, Penzance and Camborne.
Voice Newspapers staff, who have been notified of the sale, will join Tindle Newspapers Cornwall Ltd.

Tindle Newspapers is one of the largest privately-owned local media companies in the UK, with newspapers and news websites covering communities in Cornwall, Devon, Isle of Man, Somerset, Hampshire, Surrey, Essex and Wales.
The Group also owns market leading radio stations in the Channel Islands and Ireland.
